RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise. All returns must be pre-authorized by Nail Techniques and any associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns, Course Cancellations, and/or Exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All sales are considered final unless product failures are due to manufacturer defects. Absolutely NO returns/exchanges on discontinued, sale, or used merchandise. There are no returns/refunds/exchanges after 30 days.

Customer will be charged a 6.5% fee regardless of the reason for refund ***
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 business days. **
